Winnov has added the Videum 4100 to its product line of high quality and high performance Windows-based capture cards. The Videum 4100 is a one-channel audio and video capture card specifically engineered for video surveillance applications and solutions. It is the new and improved version of the Videum 1020. The Videum 4100 supports four video sources and allows the user to alternate between the four video sources.

High-Performance Winnov’s Videum 4400 is designed to provide high performance and quality, capturing one audio and video data stream with up to 640x480 resolution and 30 fps. .
Scalable Because of its proprietary ASIC, the Videum 4100 capture card provides a scalable solution for OEMs’ and Systems Integrators’ applications demanding multiple boards within each system with no DMA or IRQ conflict. Winnov’s Videum 4100 is also optimized for multi- processor systems, further enabling its performance and scalability.
Flexible and highly-integrated The Videum 4100 is easily integrated into all video surveillance applications from the most simple to the very complex. By bundling audio, video and features including watchdog and digital input triggers on one board, Winnov has eliminated the need for you to incorporate multiple boards into your customer’s solution.
Reliable The reliability of the solution built around the Videum 4100 is increased through the integration of a built-in watchdog function, automatically rebooting the system in the event of a software lock-up. This allows for complete unattended operation, 24x7x365. This watchdog also provides an automatic failure log for monitoring the solution’s performance.
Free Software Development Kit Winnov’s SDK allows OEMs and systems integrators to address individual client requirements and enables them to quickly differentiate their value offer. Developers and integrators can easily customize their own web-based applications as requirements demand.
